The Akshay Kumar film Bellbottom has been doing rather well since its release. The action entertainer that became the first film to hit screens post the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic has managed to draw audience to theatres, albeit at a much diminished rate. After a mid-week release, the business of Bellbottom showed signs of growth over its first weekend, and with certain territories relaxing the Covid-19 protocols buzz was that the business could likely see an increase.
Now on its seventh day running Bellbottom has managed to draw in another Rs. 1.3 cr., taking its total box office collections to Rs. 17.40 cr. interestingly, since the film faces no competition from other releases, and with more locations opening up trade predictions state that the business of Bellbottom is far from stagnated.
In fact, given the current trend estimates claim that Bellbottom could well achieve a Rs. 35 cr. target in terms of collections at the box office, by the end of its run.
