Anubhav Sinha and Ayushmann Khurranna have a hit in hand. Their Article 15 is continuing to be steady at the Box Office, what with the third Friday opening at Rs.1.25 crores at the Box Office. This is a good number when compared to Thursday collections of Rs.1.60 crores as it pretty much indicates that there has hardly been any drop.
This isn't all as the film faced challenge from Hrithik Roshan's Super 30 [which is set to open in double digits], Shahid Kapoor's Kabir Singh [which is still running strong] and Spider-Man: Far From Home [which is yet another Hollywood film to do well in India]. Still, it is finding audiences which is remarkable.
Article 15 has so far collected Rs.53.68 crores and would be in Rs.57-58 crores range before the weekend is through. Post that too the numbers should keep trickling over the weekdays. Though Andha Dhun lifetime of Rs.75.60 crores would be a little far away, Article 15 should eventually manage to touch Rs.70 crores mark, which makes it yet another solid Hit for Bollywood this year.
