1st half is total waste, nothing happens. So you can start to watch the movie after interval and save some of your time. 2nd half has some scary scenes, like deaths of Manja and the caretaker. Many questions remain unanswered, as already mentioned by Taran. I think they are left for Phoonk-3. The jungle scene of the sister and the brother-in-law is taken straight out of 'Agyaat'. One thing I really missed is the recap. If the sequel is so much connected with the first one then the sequel must start with a recap. Lot of time has passed since Phoonk and I have really forgot the story.
