Ok Jaanu Movie

A remake of the Tamil rom-com, O Kadal Kanmani, Ok Jaanu revolves around urban and contemporary romantic relationships and struggles between two ambitious individuals.

Adi, a game developer meets architect Tara in a ‘luck-by-chance’ sort of moment. While this short meeting ends abruptly, the two continue to bump into each other... couple of times as a friendship blooms between them. The two have different expectations from their life and being career-oriented, the two have plans to fly abroad. Adi is waiting for his big US opportunity while Tara is awaiting her Paris admission. But before they take off to fulfill their dreams, Adi and Tara decide to give the growing attraction between them a chance and go in for a live-in relationship since the two don’t believe in the institution of marriage.

Adi and Tara shift to the former’s rented apartment, where he stays with the old couple, Gopi and his wife Charu who suffers from Alzheimer. As the relationship between the young couple blooms, they learn a lesson or two from the senior couple who for them truly define the meaning of ‘love’.
