It's a shakesperean tragedy, with rich characters, plot and deft filmmaking by the only filmmaker who can take Bollywood to the world stage. Anurag Kashyap is a filmmaker that needs to more attention for Indian Cinema. If Dev D was slightly disappointing and draggy, he will give you something you'd never expected. Gulaal is the best film you are going to get from Indian Cinema.
