Nice comedy, and nice music.
But "DeDanaDan!" does not work, badness in title, badness in storyline, and most of all badness in casting. It is said that the only reason the director picked Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal was because they were the trio from hit comedy Hera Pheri. And to make De Dana Dan a super hit comedy, he used the same actors.
He also had same actors like Rajpal Yadav, Sharat Saxena and many many more.
