Movies like this make you thank god that piracy exists. Its not unwatchable, but how you wish you could get a refund and put your money to better use. The dance is the only thing it has going for it, but even the music is sub par considering how important dance is in the film.

Chandni Chowk to China last year and Chance Pe Dance this year. its a torture watching the movie. since i already made the mistake of watching the movie i dont want you all to do the same. there is no rating below 0.5 is the lowest rating is why i am forced to give any point. my true ratings would have been 0.1 out of 10. 0.1 for making an effort and -9.9 for torturing the audiences. now, it your choice if you want to go and spend $10.

chance pe dance -movie review i watched the movie and really liked it but let me clear this right now that i am a die hard shahid and genelia fan and their jodi fan so this is one big point why i liked the movie. other than that i was a bit disappointed with the way it turned out as i had huge expectations from it. i am sure you'll enjoy it when you'll watch it even when the story is so predictable. so i would say give it a try it's good humor not the cheap kinds these days so yeah. Now coming to the story it's about Sameer who came to mumbai from delhi with dreams of making it Big in bollywood it's been 3 years and he still didn't got his big break. Then one day he meets Tina a choreographer who's also in her struggle period and they begin their journey towards stardom together. it's about the challenges that one faces in their struggling period & politics. it tells you how things work in a lighter way. I agree there are flaws in the script which makes you cringe like what's the point of making Genelia a choreographer when she's not even gonna dance in the film? neither is she teaching anyone how to dance. she can easily be any normal girl struggling without adding the choreographer tag to her character it just ruins it there because it weakens her character so much and the whole time you are waiting to see her choreograph or teaching sameer how to dance or even the little kids. ken failed here i mean seriously sameer is teaching the kids dance when she's the choreographer huh? better switch the roles then.( ok m done with my rent here ?) Coming to the performances there's no doubt that the film belongs to shahid and his performance even if it's pretty average performance. He still manages to make you feel for sameer. there r some emotional scenes which are just way too good with each film he's getting better that's good but my advice is think twice before signing a film. we love you and no doubt you are a great actor but next time sign a movie with interesting script. I ENJOYED THIS FILM ONLY BECAUSE I LOVE SHAHID SO MUCH AND HE WAS AMAZING other than that if it was someone else i wouldn't have bothered watching it. Genelia is cute and in her character like always. she did fantastic job as Tina. now if the character is flawed it's not her fault her performances was genuine and sincere. loved seeing the cutie tina and the interactions between sam & tina because shahid & genelia share great chemistry and there's this magic and spark in them. Conclusion: Watch it if you are a shahid genelia fan otherwise you won't like it much and will bash me for recommending it so yeah lol Ratings 3/5 only because of shahid genelia and their chemistry and few good scenes
