Tamayo Perry, known for his roles in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Blue Crush, and Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, tragically passed away at the age of 49 following a fatal shark attack. The incident occurred near Goat Island on Sunday afternoon, as confirmed by Honolulu Emergency Medical Services. Perry, a beloved figure in the surfing community, was surfing off Mokuauia near Laie, Hawaii, when he suffered multiple shark bites and was later found deceased.

Perry's body was discovered around 1 pm, with significant injuries consistent with shark bites. Emergency responders were alerted by a caller who reported seeing a man in distress off Malaekahana Beach near Kahuku. Following the incident, Ocean Safety officials issued shark warnings in the affected area to ensure public safety.
