In a recent instance, the cricketer joined the viral 'just looking like a wow' trend, showering Athiya with praise for her stunning beauty.
On Sunday, October 29, Athiya Shetty graced her Instagram followers with a glimpse of her ethereal beauty. She shared pictures on the platform donning a breathtaking yellow ethnic dress, complemented by a blue dupatta, and adorned with intricate jewellery. Her sharp makeup and beautifully styled hairdo, embellished with a gajra, enhanced her already captivating presence.
KL Rahul, Athiya's husband, couldn't contain his admiration. He decided to partake in the viral social media trend, commenting, “So beautiful… So elegant… just looking like a woaw!!” Athiya playfully responded, saying, “@klrahul I can hear you (laughing emoji).”
For the unversed, the trend originally stemmed when a woman showcased and sold suits uttering these words. It appears that this trend has now made its way into the realm of Bollywood fashion. Earlier, actress Deepika Padukone even created a playful reel in a saree, humorously mimicking the same words.
While Athiya and KL Rahul continue to share their affectionate moments on social media, the cricketer remains deeply engrossed in the high-stakes ODI World Cup 2023. The Indian cricket team, led by Rahul, recently delivered a stellar performance, securing a resounding victory over England by 100 runs.
