BO Report Card: Sunny Leone V/s Poonam Pandey

 

Last week, starlet Poonam Pandey who shot to fame with her claim of baring it all for the Indian Cricket team, finally broke ground as an actress with the release of her film Nasha. In fact, it's pretty evident that Pandey wishes to be the most famous bold Bollywood actress, a position that Sunny Leone seems to be holding quite proudly.

In this week's edition of Box Office Report Card, we compare the two sultry damsels debut films in terms of their Box Office collections on the basis of Opening day, Opening Weekend and First Week Collections. Though Poonam Pandey's Nasha is still in the first week of its release, Jism 2 that featured Sunny far outbeats Pandey's film in terms of Opening Day And Opening Weekend Collections as seen in the table.

 

However, while Jism 2 witnessed a global release including territories like USA, UK, Fiji and Australia, the film collected approx Rs. 63 lakhs (gross) in the overseas. On the other hand, Nasha has not been released in overseas.

 

The comparisons show Sunny Leone as the clear cut winner in this race and Poonam Pandey remains far behind Sunny as far as BO is concerned.
