Speculations about Sooraj Pancholi’s next are constantly plaguing the gossip columns. While the actor was said to have signed three films post his debut Hero, none of these films have seen any progress. Now there are reports claiming that the newbie has been signed by choreographer-actor turned filmmaker Prabhu Dheva.WHAT? Sooraj Pancholi to star in Prabhu Dheva’s next

 

Sooraj Pancholi faced a lot of controversies even before the release of his debut owing to the suicide case of his former girlfriend and actress Jiah Khan. Post that, the actor made a big ticket debut with the Salman Khan production, a remake of the 1983 Jackie Shroff film. The actor has now apparently signed a Prabhu Dheva film which supposedly falls in the action genre. According to recent reports, the actor has loved the script and will soon start shooting for the same.

 

Reportedly, what makes this Sooraj Pancholi starrer different from other Prabhu Dheva action films is that it will be quite different from his other South inspired films /remakes. It is being said that the film will not be a quintessential masala potboiler but the high octane stunts will be shot in Hollywood style. Although it will have the commercial elements of music and dance, it will not have the larger-than-life characters.

 

We hear that the Prabhu Dheva film will commence later this year, after Sooraj Pancholi wraps up Farook Kabir’s tentatively titled film Hafiz, which will apparently be shot in Morocco in a 60 day schedule.
