FIR registered against Aditya Panscholi for assault

Last week, we revealed pictures of Aditya Panscholi attacking his neighbour which were retrieved by the Mumbai Police in connection to the alleged claims of his neighbor, Bhargav Patel, that the actor had physically assaulted him. Now we hear that a formal FIR against the actor and his domestic help has been registered post a complaint by Bhargav's domestic help. In the complaint, the victim claims that Panscholi's domestic help Sunil assaulted him at the behest of the actor.

 

In response to the complaint, the Poilce have since booked Aditya and Sunil on Saturday under sections 427 (causing damage) 452 (trespass, assault or wrongful restraint), 323 (punishment for causing hurt), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code.FIR registered against Aditya Panscholi for assault
