I think overall Kites is a great movie... its a good real love story... not so many manipulations are done to make the lead pair look good... not like a typical masala bollywood flick... pretty natural acting by both the lead pairs... i think the pace or the screenplay may not be digested well by many people ... who just wants those illogical kind of stuff... i think movies like kites can really help bollywood move further...
