Sanjay Dutt to play Sanjay Gupta

There are very few true friends in the film industry. One of them is the friendship of Sanjay Dutt and Sanjay Gupta. Sanjay Dutt, who is going through personal rough phase due to the courts verdict on him regarding the 1993 blasts, had refused to shoot for films till the verdict was out as he wanted some peace of mind. But Sanjay made an exception for his friend, Sanjay Gupta, for his forthcoming movie, Shootout At Lokhandwala, which is being directed by Apoorva Lakhia. Sanjay shot for the film just for one day so that the film is complete and his shots, which required other actors, are also finished.
Dutt is also about to play the character of Sanjay Gupta in Gupta’s next film based on his real life incidents including the near fatal accident. Sanjay Dutt, you really go out of the way and help your friends. A friend in need is a friend indeed.
