Amitabh campaigns for Amar Singh's party in U.P.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is campaigning for his friend Amar Singh's Samajwadi Party and was in Eastern Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur city last Saturday, along with the party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav. Amitabh's presence at the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University ground electrified the audience comprising of girl students and unemployed youths.
Addressing the gathering Bachchan lauded the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister for his initiatives and said that only Mr. Yadav could accomplish the task of unemployment eradication. He added that since he had also remained unemployed (during his early days) he could very well understand the sentiments of the affected.
The assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh are to be held early next year.
