Amitabh becomes a friendly ghost

Amitabh Bachchan will soon be seen in the role of a ghost in Ravi Chopra’s next production Bhootnath. The film is an emotional story of grandfather and his grandson. Bhootnath will mark the directorial debut of Vivek Sharma. Interesting, Sharma was recommended to Chopra by Karan Johar.
Chopra liked Vivek’s concept and decided to cast Bachchan in the lead role. Bachchan too readily agreed to do the film on reading the script. This is the first time in 20 years that the B.R.Chopra banner has hired an outside director to make a film. Apart from Mr. Bachchnan, Bhootnath also stars Juhi Chawla.
