Dil Diya Hai passed by Censor with one modification

The makers of Dil Diya Hai were asked by the censor board to modify a dialogue in the film because they felt the dialogue would hurt the sentiments of women. The dialogue changed is “Is jism ko ek hi aadmi bina daam chukaye zindagi bhar istemaal karega” and is replaced by “ek hi aadmi zindagi bhar is khoobsurat lothra ko istemal karega”. The film has got an A certificate.
