Bulgarian model opposite Sunny

Bulgarian model Polina Stoynova will be seen playing the lead role opposite Sunny Deol in writer-director-actor Ammtoje Mann’s KAAFILA. Polina was in Mumbai recently to shoot for the film, which is racing towards the completion mark.
Polina was selected by Ammtoje to play the challenging role of a Kazakistan resident after exhaustive auditions in Bulgaria. Polina was finally selected from a pool of more than 60 contenders for the leading role. Polina’s portions have been shot extensively in Mumbai and Bulgaria.
Polina conversed with the film’s unit in English and came regularly on the film’s sets, a good ten days ahead of her call-sheet, to mingle with the film’s unit as well as get a feel of what the film’s story demanded from the cast and crew.
Incidentally, the leading ladies of KAAFILA hail from foreign nations. The other two leading ladies in the film, Sana Nawaz and Mona Lisa, are Pakistani. The film is slated for a November release.
