Raveena turns journalist

Raveena Tandon is known to be vocal about social issues. On Wednesday, she proved that she is indeed an active and concerned citizen, when she turned journalist for CNN-IBN's Citizen Journalist campaign. She was reporting about how the monsoons have affected her area, Lokhandwala.
Being a true Mumbaikar, and having been born and brought up in the city, she wanted to do her bit. She has pleaded with the authorities as well as the citizens to act soon. A lot of debris is just dumped on the roads. In addition, the drainage system in the area is not exactly effective. As a result, during the rains, the situation of the area is deplorable. Hence, through this initiative, she has attempted to reach out to the authorities as well as the citizens, in order to make the city a better place.
