Corporate based on the cola wars?

From what we hear, Madhur Bhandarkar’s Corporate, is apparently based on the cola wars. The two colas in the film have been named Chill and Fizzy. Rajat Kapoor and Raj Babbar play the two corporate heads. It deals with the way the MNC’s use NGO’s and the media for their selfish gains. The role of politicians in this web has also been given considerable importance.
Madhur Bhandarkar didn’t want to talk about the plot since he would rather wait for the audience to watch the film. But we do know it is about the brutal reality of the corporate world. A host of special appearances by the likes of Javed Akhtar, Prahlad Kakkar, Lilette Dubey, Payal Rohatgi and Mukesh Tyagi will also be seen in the film. It is scheduled to release on July 7.
