Pankaj Kapur and Supriya Pathak in Dharm

The very talented actor couple Pankaj Kapur and Supriya Pathak will be seen together in the film called Dharm. The film is being made by debutant director Bhavna Talwar. Dharm which is set in Banaras is a story of a Hindu priest who adopts a Muslim child and thus receives rage from the Hindu fanatics. Talking about the actor couple, Bhavna says that when it comes to acting, Supriya Pathak is more spontaneous while Pankaj Kapur is more methodic.
In the film, Kapur plays the Hindu priest while Supriya Pathak is his devoted wife. The film also has actors like KK Raina, Dayashankar Pandey and Hrishitaa Bhatt. Dharm is being produced by Bhavna Talwar’s husband, Sheetal and a Japanese co-producer Peter Anshin. The film scheduled to release in October will be distributed by a French Company Films Distribution.
