Kay Kay Menon to play Azharuddin?

Sports based themes seem to be the flavor of the season. After Shimit Amin and Ahmed Khan, it's the turn of Arindam Mitra to deal with this theme. His Shunya which is based on match fixing is set to roll soon. If sources are to be believed, the lead character is based on Mohammed Azharuddin. Kay Kay Menon will play the lead. Other actors who have been finalized for the project include Tulip Joshi, Naseeruddin Shah and Satish Kaushik. The film has been written by Anurag Kashyap. Apart from match fixing, the film also attempts to explore other aspects of cricket.
Kay Kay Menon's career is going great guns. After giving a memorable performance in Sarkar and Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena, you would soon get to see him in Madhur Bhandarkar's Corporate opposite Bipasha Basu and Anand Rai's yet untitled thriller.
