London girl Geeta Basra romances with Emraan and Ashmit Click here to add this article to My Clips

By IndiaFM News Bureau, April 3, 2006 - 05:29 IST

After Aashiq Banaya Aapne, director Aditya Datt has started work on his next film Dil Diya Hai where he has repeated the major team of his first film including actor Emran Hashmi, music director Himesh Reshammiya and producer Balabhai Patel. The new members in the cast are Ashmit Patel, Mithun Chakraborty and a new girl from London, Geeta Basra. Talking about Geeta, Aditya says, "I wanted a new face for Dil Diya Hai. I auditioned Geeta and liked her. Her face is completely fresh!"

Actors Emraan Hashmi and Ashmit Patel once again team-up in this film after the super-success of Murder. And does the presence of two actors and one actress suggest that this is a love triangle? Though Aditya didn't deny this he did say that it's not a 'typical triangle!".

Going by his debut film, bold scenes too are expected in this film. Says the young director, "I don't know the description of bold. But yes, you will see the regular stuff!" He didn't want to reveal too much about the story since it's still too soon. The film has gone on floors on March 20 and Aditya hopes to wrap up the shooting by May.
