It's going to be a unique celebration for actress Rani Mukerjee on her birthday, this year. The actress will be celebrating her birthday today with the students of The Helen Keller, Institute for Deaf and Blind.

Movie Black proved Rani as a challenging actress who enacted the role of a deaf and blind girl to perfection. Needless to say she has been appreciated for her performance by Bollywood fraternities and audiences. Now she has also received a letter by the Beroz Vacha, hon. director and consultant of The Helen Keller, Institute for Deaf and Blind. A letter from the Helen Keller Institute requesting patronage reflects the love and appreciation for the actress. Also on the list is a birthday celebration plan for Rani called ‘Jabardast Janamdin Roshni ka Jashn’.

Playing Michelle onscreen, Rani has become a source of inspiration for the deaf and blind students and restored a faith in their abilities.
