Rudrabhishek performed for netizens yet again

Netizens from all over the world have been making their wish on www.banarasthefilm.com – which is the official website for the film ‘Banaras – A mystic love story’. What’s more exciting is that the makers of the of the film have gone all out to keep their promise yet again by performing the second puja in the name of all those who have made a wish on the film’s website.
Rudrabhishekh was performed on behalf of all who made a wish. The ceremony was conducted by 16 most learned Pundits of the Vedas, of Banaras and possibly of our time. The 5 hours long puja was performed on the 2nd of March on the banks of river Ganges at the holy Dasashwamedh Ghat. The puja was personally attended by Producer/writer L C singh and Director Pankuj Parashar.
Another puja was performed inside the Vishwanath temple in the morning next day (3rd March).
For those who came in a little late, the official website for the film, “Banaras- a mystical love story” features a unique application called “make a wish”. The user has to submit his wish and light a diya in his name on the website. Following which an actual puja will be performed at Banaras in the name of all those who lit the diya.
