Satellite buyer offers big money for ‘Don’ rights

Even as Excel Entertainment's next ambitious venture DON has just rolled last week, producer Ritesh Sidhwani and director Farhan Akhtar’s fortunes have started showing their sparkle. It is learnt from reliable sources that an aggressive satellite buyer with a huge bouquet of channels has offered an unheard of price to Excel for the television rights of the film.
And if the company is getting such flattering offers right at the onset, one can well imagine the frenzy by the time it nears completion.
