Akki versus Akki clash averted

Almost two weeks ago, we had informed you that there’s a strong possibility that two Akshay Kumar starrers -- HUMKO DEEWANA KAR GAYE and PHIR HERA PHERI -- will clash on the same date: April 14. The producers reacted quickly and it was decided to avert the clash.
The latest position is, HUMKO DEEWANA KAR GAYE is confirmed for April 14, while PHIR HERA PHERI has been shifted to May. “I am looking at May last week release,” PHIR HERA PHERI producer Firoz A. Nadiadwala informs me, “No one stands to benefit with the clash.”
