The glamorous affair - Tea Valley Filmfare Glamour And Style Awards that transpired last night saw the who’s who of B-town bring in their A-game to the red carpet. While some did play safe, some experimented and excelled while others experimented and failed to woo. The best dressed list included the likes of Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Deepika Padukone, Diana Penty, Rakul Preet Singh, Karisma Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor. The glamorous red carpet that transpired last night saw Deepika bring in a pop of colour, Janhvi shimmered and shined, Shahid pulled off an unconventional style number, Sonam Kapoor turned to infallible black. The ones to disappoint with their style choices included Sonakshi Sinha and Diljit Dosanjh.

Styled by Rhea Kapoor, Sonam flaunted a black Chantilly lace saree coupled with a hat from Philip Treacy. Bracelet from Renu Oberoi, heels from Manolo Blahnik, bright red lips and a slick hairdo completed her look.

Best Dressed: Janhvi Kapoor in Yousef Aljasmi for Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2019

Styled by Tanya Ghavri, Janhvi did shimmer and shine wearing a Yousef Aljasmi form-fitted gown. Delicate baubles from Gehna Jewellers, bright lips and wavy hair rounded out her look.

Best Dressed: Deepika Padukone in Jean-Louis Sabaji Couture for Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2019

Styled by Shaleena Nathani, Deepika brought in a pop of colour with her voluminous gown. Statement earrings, slick wavy hair and subtle makeup completed her look.

Best Dressed: Shahid Kapoor in Trill for Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2019

Styled by Anisha Jain of Style Ce, Shahid strode with that signature spunk with his unconventional red carpet ensemble. His all-black vibe was layered with a shiny coat. Shades, shoes and a well-groomed mane and beard were the key elements highlighting his swag.

Best Dressed: Diana Penty in Shriya Som for Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2019

Styled by Namita Alexander, Diana flaunted her svelte frame. The ensemble featured a thigh high detailing with a strapless fitted bodice. Wavy hair, defined eyes, nude pink lips and strappy heels rounded out her look.

Best Dressed: Karisma Kapoor in Tony Ward for Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2019

Styled by Tanya Ghavri, Karisma stunned in a firm fitted gown. Sans accessories, Karisma wound up the look with a slick top bun, nude pink lips and strappy silver heels.

Best Dressed: Rahul Preet Singh in Tony Ward Couture for Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2019

Styled by Aastha Sharma, Rakul did black on the red carpet with a voluminous gown. Jewels from Diosa, sleek low back ponytail with stray strands and subtle makeup shaped her gorgeous look.

Worst Dressed: Sonakshi Sinha in Dhruv Kapoor for Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2019

Styled by Mohit Rai, Sonakshi went for an unconventional red carpet number - a striped shimmery pantsuit. Pointy heels, a low back ponytail and subtle makeup accompanied. We wish Sonakshi had swapped the pointy heels for an open-toed sandal!

Worst Dressed: Diljit Dosanjh for Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2019

Clad in a sweatshirt, yellow joggers and white sneakers, Diljit’s casual vibe paled in comparison to his contemporaries. We wish he had opted for his signature suit or semi-formal vibe!
