While the famous entrepreneur Mohit Bijlani is well-known in the nightlife event and entertainment industry for starting Team Innovation, we were enthused to know what inspired him to lay the foundation for it. So, here's what Mohit Bijlani says: "I was always allured by the vigorousness of the nightlife world. The buoyancy affected me so greatly that I want to be a curator and not just a part of the mob. As the name says, Team Innovation's aim was to craft events and shows that were grander and more unforgettable."

However, not everybody takes the plunge and enters this realm. You will see people starting businesses in different realms, including food, digital media, and whatnot. But not many companies try to venture into the nightlife realm. Taking to which, Mohit Bijlani says, "People come to events and clubs to get rid of their boring lives. Moreover, it's not a cakewalk to organize events at great levels."

Mohit Bijlani was very young when he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. And he has already been awarded Iconic Young Entrepreneur by Times Icon Hospitality 2022, Goa. While too many people may think he is too young to be an entrepreneur, Mohit says, "Age is just a number, and experience can be gained with growing years. You just need confidence, enthusiasm, and patience to be a businessman."

Besides Team Innovation, Mohit Bijlani is also the founder of Wink Entertainment, Book My Talent, and Evermore Wedding. He also owns Hammerzz Open Air, which is also one of Goa's leading clubs. The entrepreneur has organised events featuring artists like AP Dhillon, B Praak, King, LOC, Madhur Sharma, etc.
