Actor Anup Soni has shared a glimpse of action sequences featuring his character Khurana Saab from Shaque: Trust No One that did not make it into the final version of the Netflix series. In a recent Instagram post, the actor uploaded clips showing the physical demands of the scenes, including a confrontation with co-star Vicky Arora.
In one of the videos, Anup appears with visible injuries before getting into a fight with Vicky’s character. The sequence ends with Khurana strangling him. Another clip shows the actor running out of breath, with a camera attached to his waist to capture the scene. Sharing the footage, Anup reflected on the work that goes into filming such sequences and explained why some scenes may not make the final edit.

“A few sequences of Khurana Saab from SHAQUE that didn’t make it to the final version…” Anup wrote in the caption.
He acknowledged the time, effort and resources required to create such scenes, highlighting the contributions of the various departments involved in filmmaking. “A lot of thought, time, effort and resources go into creating these sequences, with the writers, director, action choreographers, actors, cinematographer, producer and the entire crew contributing to the process,” he added.

The actor also spoke about the disappointment that can come with seeing a filmed sequence left out of the final version. However, he noted that the decision ultimately depends on what works best for the story. “There can be a little disappointment when a sequence doesn’t make the final cut, but filmmaking is about the larger picture, and sometimes, leaving something out serves the story better. It’s all part of the process,” Anup wrote.
He also acknowledged Vicky Arora and tagged the accounts of the people and teams involved in the sequences. The actor concluded his post by encouraging viewers who had not watched the series to stream it on Netflix.
Shaque: Trust No One is a Hindi mystery thriller series released on Netflix in 2026. The story follows Anvita, played by Parineeti Chopra in her series debut, whose newborn daughter is abducted from a hospital. Nine years later, Anvita continues to search for her child while receiving anonymous birthday photographs that show the girl growing up.
As new leads emerge, Anvita begins questioning the people closest to her, gradually uncovering secrets surrounding her daughter’s disappearance.
Directed by Rensil D’Silva and co-created with Siddharth P. Malhotra, the series also features Jennifer Winget, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Soni Razdan, Sumeet Vyas, Harleen Sethi, Dhruv Chaudhary and Anup Soni.
