Each time there is a solo release, the expectations run high. One expects the domestic BO to witness an upswing. However, ONE BY TWO, a solo release, did not set the cash registers jingling as the morning and noon shows witnessed meagre footfalls. The turnout was very low and the film will need a miraculous jump in business to put up decent numbers over the weekend.
On the other hand, JAI HO is expected to be the moviegoers' first choice. However, the Week 2 business is critical, since the business has slowed down since Tuesday. It would be interesting to see how much JAI HO collects in its second week, before multiple films hit the screens next Friday.
