The third installment in the DHOOM franchise, DHOOM-3, is on a record-breaking spree. The much-awaited biggie has shattered previous records and set new benchmarks with unimaginable BO collections. The film has clocked the highest Week 1 ever in India and also in the international markets. The film is expected to dominate the domestic as well as international BO in its second week. In fact, the film is expected to touch/cross Rs 200 cr nett mark [India biz] in its second weekend.
The new release, MAHABHARAT [animation], has had a dull start. The film faces a tough opponent in DHOOM-3 and will need a miraculous jump in business to leave a mark.
