The Ayushmann Khurrana – Tabu starrer Andhadhun that took the Indian box office by storm hit screens in China a few days back. Based on a French short film, Andhadhun opened on a decent note at the China box office, and witnessed good growth in collections on its second day.
Now, on Day 3 at the China box office, Andhadhun has managed to draw in a further USD 3.36 million [Rs. 23.26 cr]. This coupled with the previous two days collections of USD 1.06 [Rs. 7.33 cr] million on Day 1 and USD 1.77 million [Rs. 12.25 cr] on Day 2 the total earning of Andhadhun at the China box office are currently pegged at USD 6.46 million [Rs. 44.72]. Going by the current trend of collections within the Chinese market, expectations are that the business of Andhadhun will cruse well past the Rs. 55 cr mark with today’s collections.
As of now, with Andhadhun storming the China box office all that remains to be seen is whether the film goes on to become one of the highest grossers in this market.
