It was a rather dull day at the box-office, as the newly released film, Chehre starring Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi has taken a slow start by collecting in the range of Rs. 60 lakhs on it's opening day as per estimates. As per trade predictions, Chehre was likely to open around the Rs. 60 lakhs mark on Day 1. The movie has been released in 800 locations and 1000 screens across India.
Delhi is the best faring circuit for the film, and with night shows recording good occupancy. The start is low and the hope is now to see if the film witnesses an upward swing in business over the weekend.
