Midweek: ‘Delhi Belly’ takes flying start, ‘B.H.T.B.’ picks up

It's excellent at metros, but not too strong in the traditional markets. It's superb at plexes, but the single screens in the heartland haven't reacted as favourably. Yet, all said and done, the Weekend 1 numbers [Rs 26.15 cr nett] are amongst the highest. The contribution from Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Bangalore has been extra-ordinary. Bbuddah...Hoga Terra Baap	Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, Raveena Tandon, Sonu Sood, Sonal Chauhan, Charmee Kaur, Prakash Raj, Makrand Deshpande, Shahwar Ali, Rajeev Mehta, Rajeev Varma, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Atul Parchure	Bachchan show all the way	Skeletal plot, some unwanted sub-plots in the narrative	Got badly affected due to the DELHI BELLY and TRANSFORMERS wave. However, after a slow start on Friday, the business picked up on Saturday and showed further improvement on Sunday. The Weekend 1 business stands at Rs 7.32 cr nett.
