I saw Rocky - The Rebel a while back. I thought Zayed Khan enacted his role quite good. The script itself didn't allow him to display his talent but nonetheless, he put his best foot forward. As for the leading ladies, Isha Sharwani and Minnisha Lambha didn't have much scope and they both turned out to be mediocre. Overall, I honestly thought this movie REALLY had a good message to it. For example, people these days in society just walk away when they see a crime being enforced to an innocent human. What if every individual on the face of this earth had backed each other up. This world would definitely be a better place. At first, Zayed Khan's father disagreed with the actions Zayed was committing and told him to stop. Zayed did stop after his lady love in the film died and he let every crime occur in front of him, until.... his own mother and father were being abused right in front of his two eyes. His father was pleading for Rocky to help. Rocky tells his father this is why he was fighting as a rebel. Soon enough, Rocky rocks the world when he puts his "rebel" image back on and takes revenge against Rajat Bedi for the death of his girlfriend.

Just saw rocky its a great movie. It has great action, music, and great acting by the new actresses. Zayed Khan was better. The storyline could have been better but its not that bad. The ending was a little weak but again not as bad. It should have been an average film but due to great movies releasing at the sametime as rocky it ended up as a flop.

Appalling,mediocre,transcends all records of being below par in all levels of expectations,i mean was it a joke!Zayed truly ought to reconsider his career,or get some counselling at least!Why even kill the only beautiful aspect of the film,Isha Sharvani!Zayed's dialogue delivery is pathetic!If he wasnt a family of the Khan's,for him there would have been absolutely no kaam,edam bekaar!Its not just old wine in a new bottle but decayed wine refusing to leave the shelves and constantly nagging for new garbs!

I walked into the cinema hall having almost no expectations from this Zayed Khan starrer.........unfortunately, even the little expectations I had from the movie could not be fullfilled.Walking into the cinema hall and seeing it 99% empty was a sure fire shot of understanding how TERRIBLE the movie realy was. But, having already bought the tickets, we decide to stick around and understand exactly why this movie would be so bad . A typical Bollywood trash, Rocky is a mishmash of several Bollywood poboliers made in 1980s and 1970s . However, the story may have appealed to the jaded audiences, but when made today, it holds scant novelty purely because there has been an overdose of such flicks in Bollywood and ONE which lacks in face value, is an absolute no-no. The director has taken too many cinematic liberties.The film makes little or no sense. Likewise, the sudden romance between Zayed and Minisha takes you by surprise. To be honest, the story hardly moves in the first half. The viewer is subjected to the same old stuff that he has witnessed since time immemorial. Dialogues are strictly okay. Cinematography is FUNCTIONAL. Himesh Reshammiya's music is just okay. Zayed looks ill at ease in a role that demands histrionics. At times disinterested, at times not too expressive, Esha Sherwani just doesn't convince. Minisha Lamba does her small part well .Suresh Menon irritates. A supreme disaster . rating 0/5
