To a normal ear the music of Raavan could do just fine.
But to a die-hard ARR fan he has not reached the expectation required.
All tracks except "Beera" lack the instant appeal that ARR is famous for.
Mani-ARR-Gulzar have always been successful in their mesmerizing romantic numbers('Tere Bina','Kabhi Neem Neem','Ay Hairathe').
All I find in Raavan is full-on energy packed tracks.
More-over ARR is making the music very complicated to sound good but lacks the real innocent beauty
to its feel.
But its ARR after all...
Poison takes time to sink in well :)....
