The upcoming film 'Mastram' revolves around a porn writer, who ends up becoming a victim of society's double standards. Producer Sunil Bohra says that such a concept has not been explored in Bollywood before. "There has hardly been any movie on writers, that too, porn writers. That should make the... audience curious to watch it," says he.

Rahul Bagga, who plays the title character, explains, "This movie is about a porn writer, not porn. It conveys a message to society. What drives Mastram to become what he is? He is forced by circumstances." The actor avers there are no scenes that will leave viewers squirming in their seats. "Though the film has been given an adult-only certificate, even a 14-year-old can watch it comfortably with his/her family. There is no vulgarity or cheapness," he says.
