Kajal travels to a village to open a charitable hospital, where Ishwar grows close to her. After she returns to the city, she suddenly goes missing. Ishwar begins searching for her and joins a large hospital as a ward boy, hoping to find answers. There, he witnesses shocking medical scams... and the exploitation of helpless patients.
