A supernatural comic-drama, Hum Tum Aur Ghost narrates the story of a man who can talk to ghosts.

Fashion photographer Armaan (Arshad Warsi) has a picture perfect life. He is the most-wanted photographer in the London fashion world, has a stunning girlfriend Gehna, who is a high-profile fashion magazine editor, and... is loved by all. The only problem in his life is that he can hear voices that nobody else can hear. These voices torture and disturb him. No one seems to understand his dilemma and Gehna and her father blame this behaviour to his fondness for the bottle. Soon, Armaan becomes aware of his special ability to connect with the dead and sets out on a mission to help out three souls - a child, an old man and a young woman.
