I am a fan of Aamir, so my expectations were quite high, but it didnt meet much. The movie was good but not great. Story, direction and acting were superb but i was expecting more. Violence was well mixed with romance. Asin's character was adorable. But songs were not well choreographed. Villain was also not impressive. Although the pace of the film was fast but still it is quite lenghty. Asin was also not presented very glamourously in songs although she acted very naturally, In short its a nice movie but not so good that one should watch again and again.

An exceptional film with an intriguing story. Although very long, the movie keeps the audience engaged throughout the entire film. Best part about the film is its story along with the actors Aamir Khan and Asin. I have to say I was deeply impressed by the newcomer Asin even though the focus is mainly on Aamir. The movie is a good blend of an action, thriller, and a romantic film. I was on the edge of my seat during every scene despite having seen the original English version Memento.

This was a must watch movie!!! Those that actually have the brains to accept Science and the mysterious ways the brain works . Aamir Khan showed a BRILLIANT performance that no one can duplicate. The songs were lovely. The story was a cliffhanger and will keep you thinking long after the movie is over. The emotions that were expressed and protrayed were unbeleiveable. This deserves a 10/10!!!!

it has does have a steady, slow pace, the action scenes are ok they could have been better, Aamir brings a bollywood stamp to the film comper with Surya, story line is exceptionla, some of the flashback scenes could have been brought in differently than the Tamil version. Asin is good. A new face to be loved in the industry. It is a great film, it has to be a top five film of the year right behind Jodha-Akbar.

It is not 'The best movie eva' as 'advertised' on this site. It is in fact one of the most cliched movies I have ever seen. From 'A chocolate boy turning into one man army' to 'Him getting stabbed with a metal rod and yet surviving to finish off the very loud and extremly annoying bad guy' -everything has been done -and then done again -in those Mithun and Rajanikanth movies of the '80s and '90s. I am all for Revenge sagas as long as they are not following the same old route. Not only is the script cliched but the direction and to some extent acting are as well. You can actually 'feel' what is going to occur in the next scene espcially in the last 25 minutes or so. There is no novelty in this movie -apart from the 'memory loss angle' which can only contribute as much -that you would normally associate with an Amir Khan movie. It is 'Baazi' and 'Mela' all over again. I found it quite amusing that usually the movies with repetitive scripts are absolutely murdered on here in terms of the professional reviews and yet this movie has been hailed as the best thing since the butter naan.

What the .....? i didnot beleive its amir movie, how he could select this movie as we know he is very choosy in movie selection. While watching the movie i remembered old sunil shetty action movies. Background music was poor, but A.R Rehman created some beautiful tracks. Nothing in the movie to compare with RNBDJ. Its really not Amir type movie. And the Vilan, oh my god! come on people its 2008. The movie is named on vilan's name and his chracter should have been strong. The only credit which u can give is the 3 songs(Guzarish, behka and kaise mjhe) amir's body and heroine (she really did a good job)

This is a Movie that will definitely be one of Aamir's memorable works. The whole screenplay is outstanding. Add to that the perfection with which Aamir has delivered his role, portraying the character with such conviction it had the audience where I saw the movie continously going oohs and aahs and clapping n whistling (This was one f the most expensive Movie theatres so the crowd there is never 'cheap', in Delhi). Anyway, this movie is a technical brilliance by Aamir, and deifintely worth watching, much more than any other on the market today.
