Strange, Confused, Gory... Thats what Ghajini is. You can easily
recognize it if you have ever seen a Tamil/Telugu movie. I wonder why
did Amir Khan even sign such a script. The movie starts with a decent
note, shows us a troubled man. Then his past is portrayed beautifully.
Asin, the female lead carries the story on her shoulders. Her presence
is full of liveliness, which is the sole saving grace of the movie. But
when the movie returns back to present, it becomes boring and devoid of
emotion. Though Amir tries his best, he is only able to show Sanjay's
emotions, but that does not instill life in a dead storyline. And the
climax is so flat that one just gets irritated. Background score is pathetic. So is editing. The songs are forcefully
put but beautifully shot. Jiah Khan character is again a big flop. Not
much scope there. The villain is a big fool (total South Indian style).
Asin deserves a huge round of applause. She is perfect in the movie,
and the only reason why you sit till the end of movie. All in all, Ghajini is all hype, and zero material. Indian film-makers
should understand that when they are copying a classic like Memento,
they should at least try to be true to the original. Though the idea of
less flashbacks was good, but the film was broken apart into two
halves. While the romantic part strikes a chord with the audience, the
gory part just falls flat... The film also shows Amir's desperation in front of SRK. And poroves why SRK is the Bollywood Baadshah, and not Amir. Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi is way better than Ghajini. Not worth a watch !!!

I just saw Ghajni, its typical indian movie, soo lenght, without griping even not catchy song and movie like you predict every next scene. Sorry to say its quite disappoient as i cant expect from AMIR khan on this movie. I saw T.Z.P more then 5 times but this is quite disappoint and moreever for my surprise movie is running i think now i understand one thing clearly no mater how movie is just pay to critics/analyst and make good marketing then movie works. Last not least i just want to say public, just prompt good movies dont go for star following, its ok but when it comes to movie prompt those movie which is honestly good.

Some scenes of Asin are very good, but she overacted in the first half. Jiah can mature into a good actress under proper direction.
