Superb Movie!! Music is also superb ! A.R and aamir combination is always a smash hit!! Asin is a fresh look .. Loved da movie will recommend every one !! Its a must watch

Movie was very good, But i must say its not an aamir khan film, its a sharukh/akshay kind of film. Aamir proved that if if sharukh and akshay can make mindless masala film, then he can make a perfect masala entertainer with a solid screenplay. I dont count it as a rang de basanthi or taare zameen par but its Fanaa/raja hindustani kind of film. Good meaningful films like tzp or rdb get good appreciations but as far as box office collections are considered films like welcome, oso, singh is kingh which are baseless/brainless make most of the record breaking collections. Hence aamir khan was not having a all time block buster/record breaking film to his credit. But now with Ghajini aamir has proved that if akshay n sharukh can make such movies then I can even make such film but the difference will be its content, ie it will be out n out entertainer which has action, romance, comedy, thriller, great songs, great locations performance etc etc. Coming to the movie, even though it is three hour long, one doesnt realize when that time finishes. Each and every schene in the movie is worth watching. Lot of hard work from the spot boy to director has been involved in making the film.Specially I would like to mention aamir khan who used two years of his life in making required body for for the role. He was just marvelous in the film. Aamir khan is changing the gears quite beautifully in selecting his films and he is trying to make sure that he is giving his fans and audiences every possible kind of film that exists on this earth.

The movie is really well made, no doubt about that. But before that, there has been too much comparison between SRK and Aamir and especially by comparing RBNBJ with Ghajini. Both films are extremely different and therefore there is no scope for comparison. SRK perfected Suri in Rab Ne while Aamir perfected Sanjay in Ghajini. Both are outstanding actors, however Aamir's movies have a really tight script while SRK's movies have a simple script and he transforms the movie into a success through his outstanding acting. It's really hard to judge who is the better of the both. Well back to the movie, I think Aamir's performance was excellent however I wouldn't call it his best and I expected the best when I went to go see Ghajini because of all the hype he created before the movie released. Also, the direction is amazing. The flipping back and forth between past and present is an incredible way of story telling. However, there was no suspense in the movie which was slightly disappointing. Asin is definitely promising as she justified her role very well. The music is perhaps the best part of the movie and its picturization. Guzarish and Kaise Mujhe have fantastic music and lyrics and are well placed in the movie. All said, I expected a much more intense story from Aamir because this story reminds me of those numerous 90s revenge movies where the actor at the end kills all the villains by himself. Nevertheless, the action was quite intense and violent but suited Aamir's character.

Well to begin with the review i would like to say that although i am a huge fan of SRK but the fact of the matter is his movie (RNBDJ) did dissapoint me as the movie had nothing to offer but after i saw ghajini i was surprised what the perfectionist is capable of...Uptil now i thought of Amir Khan as an arrogant person who wants everything to be according to him and more but after watching ghajini i would say he has done a bangup job and this may surprise many ppl but i kind a started to like Amir more than SRK.

So, expectations tho bhari hona hi tha. Lekin, sorry to say, tamil verson mein performances, dialogues, music, background score jitney perfect jud gaye tthe utne perfect hindi mein jud nahi paaye. So, Surya(Tamil version ka lead Actor) ne jitna maahole kiya tha utna maahole shayad Aamir Khan nahi kar payenge. ACTING ki bath kare tho sabse pehle Asin. Hindi mein bhi same jaadu chala paaie.Especially marne ke waqt ke scene mein thho excellent performance dikhaie. Aamir ne bhi achha kiya. Unki 8 pack body tho stunts ke liye badhiya set hua. Lekin kahi kahi unse over acting karvaya gaya. May be mass public ko bhi attract karke huge HIT pane ke liye hoga. MUSIC tho jaise A.R.Rehman ka hai he nahi aisa lag raha ttha. ‘Hai Gujarish’ ke siva sabhi songs average tthe. CINEMATOGRAPHY achhi thi, khaskar songs mein aur climax scenes mein, narrow galiyon mein badhiya shoot kiya. PRODUCTION values weak tthe. Jab south ke koi purane filmmaker hindi mein movie banate hai tho yek bath hamesha dhyan mein rakhni chahiye ki dialogues, scenes 90’s ki tarah bilkul na ho. Bhadi Umrwale ye log present Bollywood audience ki pasand ko samjhe. DIRECTOR Murudass ne halanki tamil version mein jo mistakes tthe wo nikal diye, lekin poore film mein original film se badhkar koi jadu nahi dikha paye. Lekin tamil ho ya hindi, director ki intelligent screenplay ko tho manna hi padega, khaskar diary ke end ke saath flashback ko bhi perfect situation par rokhne ki tarkeeb excellent aur Asin ki maut ka scene ttho sabke mann ko chuleta hai. Jinhone tamil verson nahi dekhe ho ve jarur dekhne jaye aur jinhone tamil verson dekha hai ve sirf Aamir ka naya roop dekhne jaa sakhte hai BUS.

Watch it with minimilastic expectations & chance are you won't mind it. Leaves you with a not so great feeling as you walk out of the auditorium.

Ghajini was a great entertainer. I wouldn't call it a great film because it wasn't meant to be a classic , nonetheless it was better than most masala films i have seen. It seemed like i watched two good movies in one... a Jab we Met and a great action flick. Aamir Khan is the reason to see this movie.. he is really BRILLIANT, no kidding. I haven't seen the guy emote so well. I felt for him in every scene. THe blank look when he would forget things was priceless. I loved the character in both forms. I agree with Taran's review... STOP watever you are doing today, and GO WATCH GHAJINI
