Could have been better by casting Salman Khan instead of Aamir Khan...as there is always so much expectations associated with Aamir and unfortunately this film did not stand to my expectations..

Absolute crap..A Dharmendra kind of revenge saga that was made in 70s with short term memory loss copied from MEMENTO inserted in between..So many loopholes that you tend to think why somebody has written this story...Imagine in a film of 2008 a big gangster cum industrialist and his goons don't have a single gun...Stupid time waste movie..

Ghajini is a good Hindi Movie after a long long time. The story, background score & the editing is just perfect.

I don't even know why I'm writing this review, because I don't even know what to say about Ghajini. You just cant describe how amazing this movie is, start to finish it holds your attention, and it may be 3 hours, but you don't realize it because the pace of the movie is so fast. The whole movie is filled with action, drama, romance and even a bit of comedy. It will have you hooked in every sequence waiting to see what will happen next. The Climax is fantastic, a great experience, way better than the Tamil Ghajini's Climax which seemed to be the sore point in that movie. Ghajini is not only filled with action packed scenes it also has some heart touching emotional sequences. The Screenplay is great and the story is exciting, it may bare some similarities to Memento but it's not an exact copy. A.R Rahman does it again as Ghajini is one of the years best soundtracks, the three best songs would have to be 'Behka', 'Guzarish' and 'Kaise Mujhe.' As for performances Pradeep Rawat is great as the villian, Jiah Khan is quite good, Asin looks gorgeous and delivers a fantastic performance for her debut film. Also she's quite funny at times. I don't even know what to say about Aamir Khan's performance, it has to be the BEST performance of his career, and we all know he has given some amazing performances, but this beats them all, you can't even describe his performance using adjectives, the best performance I've seen from an actor in a while. His facial expressions and body language are out of this world, if there's one actor in the industry who could have played the role to perfection it would have to be none other than Mr Perfectionist, Aamir Khan. I RARELY give a movie 5 stars, there wasn't a single movie this year before Ghajini that I felt deserved 5 stars, or even the year before that, but Ghajini has left me so amazed I have no choice but to give it the 5 star rating.Overall, Ghajini is an amazing, thrilling, action packed, heart-touching film which will leave you amazed, speechless and out of words by the end of it.

Having seen both Ghanjini and Rab Ne Bana De Jodi, I think that Shahrukh has done a wonderful work by introducing a a new idea in his movie RNBDJ(to love your partner for what they are from inside). While Aamir is stuck at old violence and revenge saga type stories, (Except TZP)which one can watch coming from Hollywood in plenty and perhaps in better style and technology. For example Bourne Identity, Bourne Supremacy and Bourne Ultimatum (same idea of Ghanjini told in three sequels movies).
