A Hindu boy (Rohan Singh) falls in love with a Muslim girl (Pooja Singh) but it never culminates into marriage as communal riots break out during that time, in 1992. After many years, the Hindu boy is now a journalist (Sunil Singh) who is now doing a research-based story on... the tension which resulted in many deaths in the country. What happens next forms the rest of the story.
