If you judge the original flick Knight and Day with Bang Bang, you would be surprised to find two different conclusions. When the former would lead to ripping your hair for the number of irrational sequences in it, the latter one comes just the opposite. Ever since the teaser promo of Bang Bang has surfaced, it has clearly showcased that the movie has some of the best action sequences and other elements, which can attract the audience far and wide. Siddharth with this movie has some of the best comeback in Bollywood for which he will be certainly remembered for while Hrithik Roshan has perfectly nailed the script with utter fineness and professionalism. Perhaps it would be hard to compare the aura of action with the Knight and Day. In nutshell, Bang Bang is his core creation, wherein he is successful in showcasing the death defying combative masala entertainment movie to the thirsty audience. Lastly, you can call this movie justifying the humongous fuss and buzz, which was created all these days as Bang Bang turned out to be the talk of the town.

Siddharth Anand has done a tremendous comeback with Bang Bang and Hrithik Roshan has nailed it. No one can match his aura when it comes to action. All in all, the flick belongs to him as he promises the 2 hrs 30 minutes of death-defying combative entertainment. He plays Rajveer, a charming yet mysterious man who lives on an edge and messes with the baddies all over. Not for his own fun but to safeguard a 'Kohinoor'. On his verge he meets Harleen Sahni (Katrina Kaif) an innocent bank receptionist, who is charmed by his good looks and his exquisite style of dealing with the hazardous situations. The more she meets him, the more she gets into the entire chaos and trouble, which Rajveer takes along with him. However, she is unaware about the causes of such mayhem. Is Rajveer trustworthy or is he just using Harleen for his own purpose? Watch out to find it, amidst massive car chases, open shoot-outs, and other breath-taking stunts. Siddharth Anand may not have had a good past in his direction prowess, but he will surely be remembered for Bang Bang. However, Bang Bang isn't a perfect flick since, logics here are mostly dumped into dustbin. We expected the story writer trio of Sujoy Ghosh, Suresh Nair, Abbas Tyrewala would have learnt from the mistakes the original version suffered and they might not bring in here. Bang Bang occasionally suffers from its weak screenplay. It's sometimes hard to believe Harleen's closeness towards Rajveer who drugs her, breaks into her apartment, undresses her, shoots her boyfriend and is on a slaughter spree of innumerable people, which also includes government agents. Then again he drugs her, strips her off and takes her off to Similan Island in Thailand. And yes, the picturesque and glossy locations namely Shimla, Manali, Abu Dhabi and Prague and others change like a slide show and we tickle our heads questioning our conscious that how did that happen. But despite these blemishes, Siddharth Anand succeeds in painting it with the action feats, which were anticipated and expected to be rawTake that one where Hrithik Jetskis with a speed boat pulling along, or that one he is hooked to a sea plane, all of these and many others come over as a clip of exciting resumption of stunts. The F1 car sequences on the roads of Abu Dhabhi drives you crazy and gives you goosebumps.Hrithik pulls of every action sequence with finesse and with his moving expression he engages us. On the other hand, his gentle and at some time his rib-tickling attitude towards Katrina is phenomenal. Katrina as an innocent and troubled lady is great. Her fear and hesitation is amusingly wonderful. Danny Denzongpa as a bad man once is frightful. Jaaved Jaffrey too comes out impressive while taking on Hrithik. Pawan Malhotra as a government agent is good once again. Music by Vishal and Shekhar is already a chartbuster. The movie uses those songs on a right occasion and watching them on big screen is like a treat. Tu Meri and Mehrbaan are our pick. Bang Bang justifies the humongous buzz created in these days. Go for it as Hrithik and Katrina are in there to amuse you throughout.

I have got to tell anyone who will listen that this is one of THE best adventure and Action movies in Bollywood I've ever seen. The only word I can think of to describe this movie is AWESOME. It's amazing work and everything I had hoped for and more. It's exceptional entertainment for the uninitiated but it has everything a fan boy could want to be sure. It has every little nuance of what a fan boy wants to see. The entire cast really delivered. You needed more than just action actors or stunt doubles to play all these parts. The pathos is there but so are the timing and true deep performances I honestly don't want to give away ANY of the movie with this review because this is one film that needs every scene to be savored This movie defines MUST SEE. This movie defines bollywood development.. and Hrthik is awesome in this movie...

Bang Bang is a part Espionage Thriller, part Bollywood Revenge Drama, part Musical, part Romantic…
Bang Bang is a part Espionage Thriller, part Bollywood Revenge Drama, part Musical, part Romantic Comedy, and full Global Action Adventure that not just excels in its parts, but is also riveting as a whole. An official remake of 'Knight and Day' - this is a movie that will surely seem like a knight in shining armor for the adrenaline junkie awaiting a prince charming. Hrithik Roshan excels as the suave and sexy international thief on a mysterious mission of his own. With muscles of steel, eyes burning with a fire of passion, a body as fluid as water, and feet that seem to fly with the wind, Hrithik Roshak is truly in his elements here. Giving company to his Greek God looks is the demure damsel in distress - Katrina Kaif - who for a change is less of a seductress and more of a girl next door. She manages to somehow keep pace with the brilliant Mr Roshan and hold her own. The supporting cast - be it Jimmy Shergill, Danny Donzongpa, Jaaved Jaffrey, Kanwaljeet Singh, Deepti Naval, Pawan Malhotra, or the delicious Dadi spice up proceedings with measured performances that meet the need of the hour aptly. The action is truly stupendous and honestly much better than anything of "Spiderman 2" Andy Armstrong that I have seen so far. The cinematography, sets, locations, and costume design effectively add to the allure of breezy, hip, and yet picturesque scenes. Multiple international locations (Prague, London, Abu Dhabi, Phuket, and parts of Greece amongst others) and our very own India (Shimla, Kashmir, Manali, Mumbai, Delhi, etc) are captured in stunning visuals that will leave you gasping for that dream holiday you couldn't even dream of, and which Katrina as 'Harleen Kaur' gets to live. To be honest, the story isn't the most gripping of tales, and the screenplay wouldn't 'script' history even though Sujoy Ghosh of the taut "Kahaani" fame and the prolific Abbas Tyrewaala seem to have had a hand in this. But the action, faced paced screenplay, and taut direction by Siddharth Anand, who redeems himself after a forgettable "Anjaana Anjaani" more than makes up for it. The hit maker of Hum Tum, Salaam Namaste, and Bachna Ae Haseeno is back to business in ensuring even the most attentive of viewers have a surprise here and there to look forward to. Without giving too much away, I would like to summarize this as an apt action adventure film with tremendous production values, some foot tapping music (Vishal Shekhar), and outstanding choreography by Bosco-Cesar (especially Tu Meri and the title song - Bang Bang that pops up during the credits). Low on emotions, high on action, and about average on originality and recall value - this is a movie that starts and ends with a Bang and when it does, you might just say to Hrithik "Thank you Man!"

5....... 4....... 3....... 2........ 1....... BANG BANG Bang Bang, Directed by Siddharth Anand (who has a series of flop movies like Salaam Namaste, Ta Ra Rum Pum, Bachna Ae Hasino and other) and Produced by FOX STAR would be a disappointing for viewers who will go with a intention that movie has a solid base line, with amazing screen play. The movie has nothing to do with Story line, The story line is sad and screen play is worst. 3 Writers for the movie and still its nothing but a KHICHADI !!! There are many thing that will scratch your head asking yourself Are yeh kya hua ? are yeh kaise hua ? are itni uppar se jump and that to he is perfectly fine, etc etc.. Bang Bang is logically ZERO, and it just has entertainment. The action sequences which are shown in tailor are the only action scenes in movie, nothing you would see exciting apart from this, Romance is more than action and which makes this movie out of target. Katrina is totally wasted, Katz plz stop acting now, and specially your curved moves, they are now old and people are getting bored. Bang Bang has 3 Solid Points.. 1. Action 2. Music
