Adivi Sesh pens heartfelt note after meeting former President Sri Ram Nath Kovind on the first anniversary of Major

Ahead of the one-year anniversary of the critically acclaimed film Major, Adivi Sesh, who played the lead role, had the opportunity to meet and engage with the Honourable Former President, Sri Ram Nath Kovindji. Prior to this, during the release of the film Adivi Sesh and the team of the film met many individuals from all walks of life, including distinguished figures as many of them appreciated the film’s take on patriotism and soldiers.

Adivi Sesh too received immense love for his portrayal of an army officer as Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan in the pan India film. During this meeting, Sesh not only had the privilege of discussing the film Major and its significance with the Former President, Ram Nath Kovindji, but he also expressed his pride over the reaction that the former president gave him regarding the film. Ram Nath Kovindji confessed that he was deeply moved by the movie and appreciated the entire team's efforts. He also acknowledged Adivi's acting skills and addressed the emotional depth of this film.

 

Adivi shared a heart-warming post of his encounter with Ram Nath Kovindji on his Instagram page saying, "I am truly overwhelmed by his response to our efforts on Major. It was a lovely conversation. Major is a 2022 Indian biographical action drama film that focuses on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan who was martyred in the 2008 Mumbai attacks. The film released in multiple languages and co-starred Prakash Raj, Sobhita Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar, Revathi, Murali Sharma, and Anish Kuruvilla.

 

After Major, Adivi Sesh starred in HIT: The Second Case in which he essayed the role of IPS officer KD aka Krishna Dev. The actor has now announced his next to be Goodachari 2 and fans of the actor are eagerly awaiting an update on the same.
