Bunty Aur Babli 2 fails to show a decent growth at the overseas box office on Day 2

Friday saw the release of the Saif Ali Khan – Rani Mukerji starrer Bunty Aur Babli 2. Being a sequel to the previous release in 2005, the film was expected to start on a decent note. Released across 700 screens in the international markets, the movie received negative reviews and a negative word of mouth. The movie also failed to register a decent growth on Day 2 as compared to Day 1. In certain territories, the Day 1 collections for Bunty Aur Babli 2 were lower than the Day 1 collections of Bunty Aur Babli.
