Sushant Singh Rajput advised rest after ligament injury on sets of Raabta

 

While he was recently spotted during the trailer launch of his much awaited film M S Dhoni: The Untold Story, Sushant Singh Rajput soon resumed the shoot of his action romantic film Raabta. Of late, Sushant Singh Rajput has been posting several posts about his rigorous workout schedules, mainly because he required a perfectly sculpted body to play the role in Raabta. Whilst shooting a sequence however the actor suffered a ligament tear on his right knee. Revealing details about the same, Sushant added that though he practiced the stunt enough and was able to perform it perfectly during rehearsals, on the day of the shoot, things worsened owing to rainfall which made the ground slippery. However, the actor also expressed that he was happy that he could complete the shot. But now the doctors have advised him to take bed rest and have asked him to avoid physical stress, whether it is running or workouts for a month.

 

Raabta, that marks the directorial debut of Dinesh Vijan, also stars Kriti Sanon as Sushant Singh Rajput's leading lady. The film, which has been extensively shot in Mauritius and Budapest, is slated to release on February 10.
