No Re-Shooting Of 'D.M.H.': RGV:

Ramgopal Varma is aghast at rumours stating that he's instructed director Prawaal Raman to re-shoot the song of DARNA MANA HAI. The song, 'Jo Dar Gaya', picturised on Sameera Reddy, has already been on air for quite some time now and has also met with a good response from the viewers. So, the decision to re-shoot the song did come as a surprise. It's really sad that some journalists don't even crosscheck before going to print, Ramu tells me, The first copy of the film is expected any day, so how can we even think of re-shooting a song? Director Prawaal Raman elaborates, We'd already shot two versions of the song [normal and remix version] simultaneously. This was a part of the promotional strategy that was decided at the very outset. So the question of re-shooting doesn't arise at all. What we've shot now, Prawaal divulges, is the title sequence of the film with Sameera. That was just a one-day shoot and it has nothing to do with the song.
